What does it mean to be a hard worker? A great example to use here is AORS Arthur Babadzhanov. Arthur is a high value leader within the REL space. One of the best. He pushes everyone around him by his work ethic. To work hard is to truly embrace what is in front of you. It is dedication. Every time someone looks at you, they will see the dedication you are putting into what you are doing. Dedicate yourself into your work, and others around you will do the same naturally.

The systems we have in place such as E-mentor and Netradyne is for the safety of the community. Remember to do the right thing. Consequences for safety is non-negotiable.
